Yesterday, Zach and Mike spent some time with automotive students at Iowa Western Community College, talking about careers in the industry and what life in a professional repair shop really looks like. 🔧🚗

At Mad Hatter, we believe automotive can be more than just a job — it can be a long-term career built on technical skill, continued education, problem-solving, and plenty of opportunity to grow.

We’re grateful to @iowawesterncc for inviting us in and for helping prepare the next generation of automotive professionals.

Maybe we met a few future Mad Hatter technicians. 👩‍🔧🎩👨‍🔧

💌 A little old-school customer service never goes out of style.

Caught Cassie at her desk, handwriting thank-you cards to our Mad Hatter customers. 💜✍️

Because to us, you’re never just another vehicle on the schedule. Every visit, every conversation, every review, referral, and recommendation means something to our team—and sometimes a quick text or email just doesn’t say thank you quite as a handwritten note does.

It’s the little things that make a difference, and Cassie puts a whole lot of heart into taking care of our customers. 🎩✨

🥵 This heat is no joke... and your car feels it too.

When temperatures soar, your cooling system works overtime. If you`ve noticed your temperature gauge climbing, a coolant leak, or steam from under the hood, don`t ignore it.

Most overheating problems start small—but they can turn into major repairs if left unchecked.

Our blog covers the common causes of overheating and the warning signs every driver should know.

🔗 Check it out through the link in our bio!

Stay cool and drive safe! ☀️🚗

🎩 Quality auto repair. Exceptional customer service. Two convenient locations in Omaha & Council Bluffs. Experience the Mad Hatter difference!

Happy 3rd Mad Hatter Work Anniversary, Kyle! 🎉

Kyle has grown into one of the experienced technicians in our Omaha shop and has become someone our newer team members naturally look to for guidance and support. Whether he`s diagnosing a tough problem, helping a fellow Mad Hatter, or making sure every repair is completed the right way, Kyle leads by example every day.

Kyle is also now just TWO ASE certification tests away from earning his Master Technician title! That`s a testament to the countless hours he`s invested in learning, training, and sharpening his skills.

We`re incredibly grateful for everything Kyle brings to our team and proud of his continued training.

Congratulations on three amazing years, Kyle! We can`t wait to celebrate when you earn that Master Technician title. 🎩🔧

🎉 Happy 1st Work Anniversary, Bud!

Today we`re celebrating Bud`s first year as part of the Mad Hatter family!
If you`ve visited one of our shops, there`s a good chance you`ve met Bud. Whether he`s giving you a ride while your vehicle is being serviced, helping answer questions at the front counter, or jumping in wherever our team needs him most, Bud is always ready to help.

Over the past year, he`s transitioned from Service Advisor into an Operations Support role, but one thing hasn`t changed—his commitment to taking great care of our customers.
Bud connects with people instantly. Customers regularly ask for him by name, and teammates across all three locations know they can always count on him. His positive attitude, willingness to help, and incredible work ethic make a difference every single day.

Bud, thank you for everything you do for our customers, our team, and our company. We`re lucky to have you, and we can`t wait to see what year two brings.

Happy Anniversary, Bud! 🎩
